typescript 7.x breaks this fleet's toolchain (TS5101 baseUrl-deprecated hard error in tsup/rollup-plugin-dts DTS emit; typescript-eslint has no TS7 support yet). Dependabot has re-proposed this exact breaking major bump after prior manual reverts. Hold typescript majors until the toolchain catches up.

Adds an
ignore:rule to.github/dependabot.yml(npmupdates:entry) that blocks Dependabot from proposingtypescriptmajor-version bumps. Minor/patch typescript updates are untouched and continue to flow through the existingdev-dependenciesgroup.This is a deliberate, temporary hold — not a permanent blind. Remove once
typescript-eslintand the tsup/DTS toolchain support TS7.Config-only change, no application code affected.
