Update the GitHub release publish workflow for npm Trusted Publishing with newer Actions versions, explicit OIDC permissions, and a cleanup step to remove the placeholder auth token added by setup-node. Also disables package-manager caching in release jobs and clarifies the publish configuration for npm and Nexus.
