Depends on #291.
Adds the two-model Agent Wars example and wires its side-by-side preview panes through Cmd.navigateWebView once the coordinator is ready.
The branch includes the navigation API dependency so the example can be reviewed independently. After #291 merges, this PR's diff will collapse to the example changes.
