Release mcp_command spawns the bundled binary; listeners consolidated in useMcpBridge.
beforeBuildCommand builds it per target triple; CI fetches a matching x86_64 node for the mac cross leg.
Release capability flips on; a debug build.rs placeholder keeps dev compiles working.
