Stream-persistent state (^MU, ^CC/^CT/^CD, ^CI, ^CW, uploads, defaults) now carries across blocks and the tokenizer's live prefix drives the page split; ^FN keeps its per-format scope via a lookup horizon. importZplText shrinks to cross-page reconciliation and the literal-^XA regex split is gone.
