(ruby/erb#125)

Makes documentation-only changes. Summary:

- Fix typos and grammar
- Fix invalid code examples
- Fix syntax highlighting in code examples
- Fix invalid Markdown tags

ruby/erb@37daba66e0
(ruby/erb#126)

Fixes the `Unknown switch: "-h"` error message when running `erb -h`:

```sh-session
$ libexec/erb -h 2>&1 | head -3
Unknown switch: "-h"
Usage:
  erb [options] [filepaths]
```

The short `-h` option is already documented in the help message:

```sh-session
$ libexec/erb --help 2>&1 | grep 'help'
  -h          --help       Print this text and exit.
```

Prism is generally good about their naming but these had some inconsistencies compared to others:

* `InNode` was missing the `keyword` in the name
* `MatchPredicateNode` `in` was named `operator` instead
* `UnlessNode`/`UntilNode`/`WhenNode`/`WhileNode` has more than one keyword, with one generic `keyword_loc`
* `UntilNode`/`WhileNode` named their `end` keyword `closing_loc`

The old names are still around, but you have to require prism/deprecated
