Cover behaviors so far exercised only by JRuby's test suite, which is being reduced to implementation-specific tests (jruby/jruby#9486): preservation of Proc subclasses, singleton methods of the receiver not being copied, refinements staying active in instance methods and class bodies defined inside the body, Symbol#to_proc, operators and element access including Hash#[] with a String key, and refine being allowed inside the body.
