Added `aria-label` attributes to the icon-only chat navigation buttons (scroll to top, previous message, next message, scroll to bottom) in `webui/index.html`. Also added `aria-hidden="true"` to their internal `span` elements containing the Material Symbol ligatures to prevent screen readers from reading the raw ligature text (like "vertical_align_top") instead of the button's intended function.
