chore: bump SwapKit dependencies

Summary

• Bump external @swapkit package ranges to current published versions
• Refresh bun.lock and add the generated dependency changeset
• Adjust Trust Wallet TON and Ledger XRP call sites for the updated @swapkit/toolboxes API
