Summary: Add docs/reviewer-artifact-diff.md as the release contract for reviewer-facing artifact diffs. Every release must include added fields, removed fields, semantic changes, and compatibility notes, or explicitly mark no-artifact-change when committed reviewer artifacts are unchanged. Wire the contract through README, docs index, evidence pipeline contract, reviewer pack, roadmap, and reviewer-doc regression tests.
