Summary: Define bounded correlation in docs/vocabulary.md as evidence attachment only within fixed time windows, fixed entity or scope keys, and fixed event families or rule-local family sets. Clarify that the repo does not do cross-host, cross-account, cross-source, or whole-dataset global attribution. Wire the note through architecture, reviewer pack, docs index, README, and the two investigation demo READMEs. Add reviewer-doc regression coverage for the boundary language.
