Summary: Add docs/vocabulary.md defining event, signal, hit, finding, case_bundle, summary, report, and audit_trace across the five-demo evidence workflow. Link the vocabulary from README, docs index, reviewer pack, evidence pipeline contract, and roadmap. Add reviewer-doc regression coverage so the vocabulary stays part of the v1 contract route.
