Adds evidence_confidence to full JSON reports, summary JSON, report metadata, and Markdown summaries. Levels: local_manifest_only, sbom_present, policy_matched, enrichment_mocked, enrichment_live. Updates report schema docs, summary cookbook, reviewer route validation, golden examples, and focused tests. Validation: python scripts\validate-reviewer-routes.py; python scripts\regenerate-example-artifacts.py --check; python -m pytest; python -m py_compile ...; git diff --check.
