The pattern does not match the "Combining low line" defined in the spec.
I think we should extend the pattern by p{Dash}, because identifies all characters acting as dashes or hyphens.
Maybe we should open an Issue at https://github.com/oasis-tcs/csaf/issues to add this pattern to the spec of 6.1.26
