when the repackage is done, this is the removal we can do.
"repackage done" also means we have zip files for all historical releases, without running a rebuild. So the zip download will also work for all historical releases now.
I'm not yet returning the
releases.filesandreleases.archive_storagecolumns to be able to revert this change. I'll do that later when all is fine.
