- consolidate ACP orchestration on the native sidecar and make adapter exits terminal
- move adapter launch compatibility into AgentOS-owned package launchers
- disable browser entrypoints and remove duplicate TypeScript VFS/event-history surfaces
- add architecture, transport, adapter-exit, and public API regression coverage
