PSP SDK no-abicalls normalized build from doodlewind/pspdev master, packaged for macOS arm64 DreamCart bootstrap.

Validation:

• CI passed on macOS arm64, Ubuntu x64, Ubuntu arm64, Debian container, and Fedora container.
• CI log scan found no real PSP ABI/linker diagnostics for FP ABI, invalid binding, incompatible ISA, undefined symbols, duplicate symbols, CPIC/No ABI Call, or missing libraries.
• macOS arm64 package was checked for Mach-O arm64 PSP tools and for libpthread.a plus libpthread-psp.a.
• Archive metadata sample from libpthread-psp.a was checked for MIPS2 O32/double-float metadata without abicalls.

PSP SDK no-abicalls 2026-06-19

Prebuilt DreamCart PSP SDK/newlib package rebuilt from doodlewind forks with PSP target objects compiled without CPIC/ABI calls. Includes patched newlib, pthread-embedded, PSPSDK, and rust-psp libunwind fixes used to avoid MIPS linker CPIC warnings in DreamCart PSP builds.
