Adds KashCal to the Calendar section (alphabetical order, between Fossify Calendar and Tuta Calendar).
KashCal is an offline-first Android calendar with iCloud/CalDAV sync, ICS subscriptions, contact birthdays, full-text search, recurring events and home-screen widgets.
