Updates Node v24 “latest” redirect targets so latest-v24.x and latest-krypton resolve to v24.18.0 instead of v24.17.0 in latestVersions.json, which drives /dist/latest-v24.x/* and related substitution routes.

Refreshes cachedDirectories.json to register v24.18.0/ under nodejs/release/ and nodejs/docs/, and bumps cached index.json / index.tab metadata (sizes and lastModified) for the release listing.
