owlapi-wrapper 1.7.0 (ncbo/owlapi_wrapper#39) stops emitting the duplicate http://data.bioontology.org/metadata/obo/<rel> annotations and now emits each OBO relationship once under the property's own IRI. Point the part_of assertion at that IRI, and add a guard asserting the legacy predicate is gone so the duplicate cannot come back unnoticed. treeView edges are unchanged between 1.5.1 and 1.7.0, so the roots and hierarchy assertions in this test are unaffected.
