Anthony B — Freelance Cybersecurity & Systems Engineer

Who am I?

After 6 years in software development (Rust, PHP), I switched to cybersecurity in 2022. Today I combine both disciplines to deliver secure, automated solutions for businesses.

What I do

Domain Services
Cybersecurity Web pentests, security audits, code reviews, vulnerability management
OpenBSD Migrations, managed hosting, hardening, training
Automation Custom tools for HR, accounting, IT teams (Excel + Outlook, reports)
Development Python, Rust, PHP, Shell: secure code by design

Why OpenBSD?

I use OpenBSD in production for 3+ years. Simplicity, security by default, excellent documentation. I love its coherent configuration syntax and built-in tools (pf, httpd, relayd, vmm).

Fun fact: OpenSSH is developed by the OpenBSD team, it's installed on most Linux distributions you know.

Tools & Technologies

  • Systems: OpenBSD, Linux (Ubuntu, Debian, Arch)
  • Network: pf, httpd, relayd, reverse proxy, DNS
  • Languages: Python, Rust, PHP, Shell
  • Security: Web pentest, OWASP Top 10, hardening
