PROGRESS.md's decision log skipped the 0.2.2 release (#16 loose ps-claim validation, #14 DEMO.md repoint) and the immediate 0.2.3 follow-up that picked up #15. Logged both, with the note that downstream should pin 0.2.3 and skip 0.2.2 (tagged without the EdDSA fix).
