Thanks for visiting: we welcome any help to improve our website!

This could involve:

  • Making suggestions for improving the site's content
    • Either by letting us know in the #meta-website channel in Discord
    • Or filing an Issue above
    • Or editing pages via the github web interface, and previewing them, then letting the GitHub system submit a Pull Request for you
    • Or forking the site and submitting an edit in a Pull Request, if you are comfortable doing so
  • Picking up any of the open Issues for specific areas that we would like to improve.
    • If you do pick up one of the issues, please add a comment saying so
    • This should help avoid two people accidentally working on the same thing - or allow people to work together instead!
  • Pairing with one of the site maintainers, via a screen-sharing session to work together on the changes
    • We've found this works really well - both for making the time to work on it, and agreeing changes as we make them, rather than going back-and-forth via a review process
    • Contact Kate Gregory, via Discord, to arrange a time
