- CHANGELOG.md: date 3.4 as 2026-08-20 - README.md: full rewrite in solutions-architect style (TOC, feature matrix, config reference, public API, architecture, security trade-offs, troubleshooting); credits ickerio upstream, points every link at joshes14/factions - LICENSE: dual MIT copyright (ickerio 2023 + joshes14 2026) - .gitattributes: LF for text/scripts, CRLF for .bat/.cmd/.ps1, binary markers - fabric.mod.json: append joshes14 to authors; contact URLs point to github.com/joshes14/factions (+/issues) - .github/workflows/build.yml: fire on push/pr/tags/workflow_dispatch, cache Gradle, ubuntu+windows matrix, attach jars to Release on tag push - .github/workflows/publish.yml: removed (obsoleted by build.yml, wrong tag pattern v*.*.* vs current 3.4 convention)
