  • resolves GOL-426
  • adds a manual agentic TypeScript compatibility and performance suite covering fresh-runtime tsc, direct TypeScript execution, project references, concurrent CPU/I/O work, failures, timeouts, cancellation, recovery, and repeated-job memory behavior on P2 and P3
  • records dated P2/P3 measurements with deterministic BLAKE3 composite hashes for build and benchmark inputs plus the exact optimized component, so evidence survives rebases and squash merges without requiring Git history
  • validates report schemas, workload outcomes, validator-owned memory limits, P2/P3 pairing, changed-report currentness, and regression mutations in shallow CI before the Golem Wasmtime fork rewrites manifests
  • distinguishes guest linear memory from the fork's internal GC heap and documents the sensitivity limit of instance-wide monotone high-water measurements
  • adds the pinned TypeScript workspace, runner exports, report workflow, human-readable performance tracker, and reproducibility documentation
