Changes the benchmarks so they run in node/bun/deno, with cross-runtime results for comparison. Also adds the new N-API crate because it was needed for the Node build, and the benchmarks give us basic test assurances around its usage. This provides the groundwork needed for publishing native builds to npm, see #139.
There are substantial differences among runtimes -- the website benchmarks will show this once v0.2 is released: fuzdev/tsv.fuz.dev#3
