Use Case description

As Warsaw Citizen I want to see City Office with shortest queue to register the loss of id card without delay. Given the current user location When I ask for current city offices Then I get in return 3 offices in nearest 5 km, with the shortest queues in the moment for id card management cases.

Getting started

• [npm install] installs all dependencies
• [npm run dev] runs webpack in dev models
• [npm run devstart] starts server with nodemon
• [npm test] runs jest test scripts
• [npm run eslint] runs code check with lint
