What does this pull request do?
Bump to latest released SDK. This required to update some integration tests to avoid using the now removed deprecated Events API. Then a documentation update. A bunch of new instrumentation for tracking unhandled exceptions and structlog formatting. And the elasticsearch instrumentation is gone
