- Merge 3 interceptor numbered items into a single paragraph - Collapse 3 hardcoded-defaults bullets into one - Merge 2 resource-attribute bullets (service.* props) - Flatten future-work items 1, 3, and 4 from sub-bullet format to inline prose Net: -20 lines, ~14 fewer bullet/list items (~20% bullet reduction).
