Tune editorial inline type proportions

Summary

• Reduce inline Phi text to 0.9em so the monospace face sits slightly below the surrounding prose, as it does in documents/format.png.
• Preserve the raised background's visual weight with slightly deeper chip padding.
• Set repository paths to 0.78em; their narrow-screen wrapping is unchanged.

Measured result

At a 390px dark-theme viewport, the first Phi chip computes to 20.2176px inside 22.464px prose. Its background box remains 32.0625px high. The longest source path computes to 16.224px inside 20.8px reference text and wraps into line boxes of 332px and 225px.

The page remains exactly 390px wide with no horizontal overflow. The pull quote still sits within the reading column, and documents/format.png remains an untracked reference rather than part of this commit.
