🚨 Severity: MEDIUM
💡 Vulnerability: Missing baseline API security headers (X-Content-Type-Options, X-Frame-Options, Strict-Transport-Security) across application endpoints.
🎯 Impact: While an API isn't a browser application, missing these basic headers technically opens vectors for MIME sniffing, hypothetical clickjacking/framing risks, and allows non-HTTPS local transmission downgrade risks without HSTS in place on clients.
🔧 Fix: Add the missing headers globally inside request_context_middleware so that every endpoint response automatically receives them.
✅ Verification: Start API and make an HTTP request to any endpoint, verifying the response headers include the security headers. All tests pass.

PR created automatically by Jules for task 671240881270380802 started by @crabcanon

Adds standard security headers (`X-Content-Type-Options: nosniff`, `X-Frame-Options: DENY`, and `Strict-Transport-Security: max-age=31536000; includeSubDomains`) globally to all endpoints via the API `request_context_middleware`.
