Summary
create:seatsblock tag compatibility.c:dyes/<color>).This incorporates the relevant NeoForge dye tag fix from #47 and the datagen priority fix from #54.
Testing
Tested on Minecraft 1.21.1 with NeoForge, Create 6.0.10 and Create: Interiors 0.6.1:
runDatacompletes successfully.
