Builder, community nerd, and someone who genuinely enjoys figuring out how things work under the hood.
Over the last 5 years at Mysterium Network, I've lived at the intersection of technical support and community building. I've worked across Linux, networking, Docker, and decentralized infrastructure—troubleshooting thousands of user issues while acting as the primary bridge between core engineering and a 75K+ node provider ecosystem.
My secret? I understand the absolute frustration of a failing network configuration or a broken deployment. That shared pain allows me to troubleshoot complex user issues with genuine empathy and precision.
When I'm not doing that, I'm probably:
- 🛠️ Self-hosting something
- 💻 Writing backend code to build custom monitoring dashboards
- 🔌 Going down a hardware networking rabbit hole I didn't plan on
- Tinkering with: Telemetry and live hardware data extraction (Check out my Prometheus/Grafana projects!)
- Looking for: Full-time roles in Technical Support Engineering, Technical Account Management, or Customer Success.
