Summary
Add a Windows example to the SYCL install section.
The existing README only showed the Linux oneAPI setup flow. This adds a short PowerShell example for installing from an Intel oneAPI command prompt with the Ninja generator selected explicitly, plus the common
ONEAPI_DEVICE_SELECTOR=level_zero:gpuruntime selector for multi-device systems.Validation
Docs-only change; no tests run.
