[NET-315] In QC window, apply the remove network to all the different methods

• Update NetworkAtlas
  • Numerous properties were called in other functions (and documentation) that were not actual properties:
    • net_names
    • ROI_key
    • ROI_pos
    • net_colors
• Fix nla.removeNetworks so that functional connectivity is correctly implemented
• Add variable for removed network to checkHeadMotion and checkNormalityWithKS
• Add functionality to remove network in checkHeadMotion and checkNormalityWithKS (same implementation on both)
