Apply 150 fixes across all severities to 49 files under docs/embedded/ from a full multi-agent docs review (style, accuracy, code) of all 51 embedded articles.

High-severity fixes:

• limits-calling-patterns.md: "partner tenant" -> "developer tenant" (glossary term).
• security-compliance-governance.md: spell out "line-of-business (LOB)" on first use.
• billing-meters.md: reconcile prose meter count with the table (four generally available meters plus one private preview agent message meter).

Medium/low/info fixes: sentence-case titles and headings, glossary and terminology consistency (generic container/container type casing, multitenant, pay-as-you-go), acronym expansions, curly->straight apostrophes, passive->active voice, link-text casing, and evidence-backed role/accuracy corrections.
