The publish-to-maven workflow on main failed at spotlessJavaCheck because WasmRulesEngineClockTest.java had a formatting violation (failed run).

This applies ./gradlew spotlessApply to fix the single violation (collapsing a two-line assertTrue call onto one line).

Catches formatting violations on PRs instead of only at publish time,
where spotlessJavaCheck runs transitively via sonatypeCentralUpload.
