Scope

  • Rebuilds the closed PR fix: demote global and HK global ETF catalog profiles #208 catalog change onto fresh main 93b0f4021a4a51f31d20f43f52008ed23e10387d.
  • Changes only the two exact profiles global_etf_rotation and hk_global_etf_tactical_rotation, their four generated catalog assets, and one narrow regression test.
  • Sets both profiles to research_backtest_only, disables runtime/live switching, and restricts execution to dry_run.

Verification

  • Tests-first RED then GREEN focused regression; full Python suite (171), config/runtime validation, Ruff, compile, package build, actionlint, Node worker test, scope/diff/secret scan, and fresh remote-materialized matrix check passed locally.
  • The six candidate file blobs are byte-equivalent to closed PR fix: demote global and HK global ETF catalog profiles #208's accepted candidate content.

Merge boundary

Keep this PR OPEN_UNMERGED. Merging main triggers Cloudflare Worker deploy and catalog KV sync. The only next gate is HUMAN_QRT_CATALOG_DEMOTION_MERGE_CLOUDFLARE_KV_SYNC_EFFECT_AUTHORITY. No manual strategy switch, config/platform sync, runtime, provider, broker, order, or capital action was performed.
