chore: add MIT LICENSE file - #7

Conversation
pyproject.toml declares license = "MIT" and the README carries an MIT badge, but the repository had no LICENSE file, so GitHub license detection reported none. Adds the standard MIT license text (copyright OpenAdapt.AI, 2025-2026 per first-commit year). Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

This repo is published to PyPI and advertised as an
openadapt-flowextra, itspyproject.tomldeclareslicense = "MIT", and the README carries an MIT badge — but there was noLICENSEfile in the repository, so GitHub license detection reported none. This adds the standard MIT license text with copyright "OpenAdapt.AI" and the year range 2025-2026 (first commit is from 2025).
Part of the org-hygiene wave from the 2026-07-17 licensing/lifecycle audit. Do not merge without maintainer review.
