I don't think you should depend on spreadsheet_dashboard_purchase_oca, but just add a new entry in the dashboards with just the specific things related to stock.

Can you do another thing? Please put this one and the other into a new section "Purchases" instead of "Logistics", which is not the right one. You will need to create it in the other module, and depend this one on the other.
