Adds a submenu for selecting the exit node. If an exit node is offline, it remains visible but is disabled and marked as
(Offline)in the menu to prevent accidental routing.Just for transparency: I used AI to help write some boilerplate for this feature, but I have manually reviewed and tested the code. There is still a very high possibility that something could have been done better as I'm just a beginner to Rust 😅
