chore: update Discord size limit to 20MB, split GitHub limit out

Fixes #95

Splits the existing "GitHub | Discord" 10 MB limit into seperate 10 MB GitHub and 20 MB Discord limits.

Note: I am unsure how translations are handled and whether they're automatically generated by platforms such as crowdin etc.
