Part of #79.

The sponsor button pointed at Buy Me a Coffee only. GitHub Sponsors is enabled and public on the iderex account, checked with hasSponsorsListing, so github: iderex resolves.

github: goes first because GitHub renders the entries in order. buy_me_a_coffee stays: nobody asked for a working donation route to be taken away.

GitHub Sponsors is live on the iderex account and public, so the button can
point there. buy_me_a_coffee stays beside it; nothing that worked is removed.

Two things from the first commit on this branch.

The repository carried the same configuration twice, once at .github/FUNDING.yml
and once at the root. GitHub reads either, so both worked and both had to be kept
in step. One is enough, and .github/ is where the rest of the organisation
defaults live.

The file also ended without a newline. Every tool that appends to it would have
joined its line to the last one.
