**조치:** `cssContent`, `styleHash`, `css`, `index_bottom` 변수들을 파일 최상단(top-level) 프로퍼티로 추출하여 애플리케이션 실행당 정확히 한 번만 초기화 및 계산되도록 최적화했습니다. 또한 100% 테스트 커버리지를 유지하기 위해 `MainTest.kt`에 이들에 대한 명시적인 접근 및 검증을 추가했습니다.
