What changed
Allow a locally discovered native engine binary to resolve on the current platform even when the catalog release list has no downloadable asset for that platform.
Why
A verified local Linux ARM64 binary was rejected solely because its catalog source listed Linux AMD64 releases.
Validation
go test ./cmd/aimaThis preserves catalog platforms and only augments the in-memory local-engine overlay.
