ARPA Quantum Logical Systems — QONDRA

QONDRA is an open research program in quantum computing, spintronics, edge simulations, and materials science.

The name is deliberate — QONDRA = Q + Κόντρα (Greek: against, in opposition) — reflecting the physics we study: antiferromagnets, frustrated lattices, and systems that push against conventional computing paradigms.
