[Task] Move images (like logos etc.) to CDN for optimal usage

For now we've migrated the images to root folder in tools/vf-component-library folder and serving them from there. This is not optimal.

Move the images to CDN and access them from there. See attached image for reference.
Example image is EMBL-EBI logo in ebi-header-footer.
