Triaged for Tipsy 2.0 (#57)

Resource methods use the underscore + __call / __callStatic pattern (__create, etc.). Defining create() on a subclass correctly overrides without unexpectedly calling the parent. Covered by tests/Issue0025Test.php. Closing as fixed in 2.0.
