text-geometry update

Few things I noticed

• needs FontLoader which now doesn't come with ThreeJS anymore (own module)
• defaults point to rawgit which is now offline
• documentation points to 0.5.1 whereas 0.5.2 exists

Currently FontLoader is included with require('./lib/FontLoader') the same way as TextGeometry, so that didn't change, it was always a separate module.
We could include the latest version of

and
https://github.com/mrdoob/three.js/blob/dev/examples/jsm/geometries/TextGeometry.js
though.

We could also replace deprecated api

var mesh = el.getOrCreateObject3D('mesh', THREE.Mesh);

by

var mesh = new THREE.Mesh();
el.setObject3D('mesh', mesh);

README is confusing it includes <a-entity mixin="boldFont" text-geometry="value: What's up"></a-entity> where the mixin is using the text component, that's probably a previous behavior? The example above is correctly using <a-entity text-geometry="value: Dog?; font: #optimerBoldFont"></a-entity>
At the end there is also usage of text component, should be text-geometry.
