pkcs12: blockers for 0.2.0

Now that a lot of crates have gotten a new stable release in the past weeks, are there any blockers left for pkcs12, despite a new cms release?

A stable cms v0.3 release is the main blocker.

I'm not sure what blockers there are for that per se.
